English Version of Doki Doki Majo Shinpan (DS) Website Opens

Sniff out the witch with thorough touchy-feely inspections with your DS stylus.

SNK Playmore has recently opened up an English version of the website for their upcoming Nintendo DS title: Doki Doki Majo Shinpan (translates to something along the lines of: "heart-thumping witch judgment"), which can be accessed here.

Doki Doki Majo Shinpan is a touch-based adventure title where you play as Akuji Nishima, who has been chosen by the angel Lulu to search for the witch whom has secretly disguised herself as a normal girl in his school. Similar to the Phoenix Wright titles, you'll go about the school searching for evidence that points to a suspect as an alleged witch; but you'll also need do thorough examinations on the girls to gather incriminating evidence. This includes using the stare and touch functions, among other techniques.

The game has not been announced for a North American release; nor does the availability of an English-language version of the site necessarily mean that a North American announcement will follow soon or in the near future.
